Ordering a Whole beef is a great way to save extra $/lb, and split the order with family and friends! Whole beef can be split in to 2 or 4 equal portions!
 
Whole Beef weights vary, and are based on the hanging weight. The hanging weight is the carcass weight which includes waste of bones, trimming etc. You can expect the finished meat weight you recevie to be approximately 64% of the hanging weight. Whole Beef weights generally average from 720-900 lbs hanging weight (approx. size preferences may be specified) $5900-7400.
 
As weights on each Whole Beef vary, we charge just a flat $1200 deposit to confirm your order, and the remaining balance once your beef is ready and we have the final weight from the butcher.
